Aquafish MultiFW v2.1

i've been really leary about flashing my firmware, but is this firmware worth flashing? Looks nice from what I've read about it. Has the one bug been fixed that wouldn't allow files to be xferred over 256k? or around there

how to flash this thign?
i have a fw.bin this ini and the bmp.. now.. which tool i have to use... where to put the files.
THANKS

PS: for the next release i want that gpfm will be a real part of the bios :D not only fxe starting, that would be great... also someone should work more on it, implement new features
bye

There's a little program in the zip that can create boot-ini files. It's quite straightforward. Really nice to have the possibillity to start a different firmware for each SMC.

I really like this, but it takes far longer to boot up than Mr Spiv's multifirmware. If it could be speeded up in the next release, it would be perfect.

It may be slower but when I put in my games card it boots Wind-Ups, when I use my GPCinema card it loads the Euro-firmware and when I use my MP3-card it just loads the MP3-player.
I love the way this works, it's so much nicer than pressing select (I know, I'm lazy)and choosing a firmware depending on what I want to do.

just flashed and got it up, but all the text is black and i can't see it, is this supposed to be like this?

I think you can change the font-color with the included software (you can also load a bitmap as a background for the boot-screen) but I have not tried this myself since I just use the boot-ini files I created and don't ever see the bootscreen.

How do you get GP cinema to load up from the boot screen? Mine just resets itself....
