Hu6280 V0.94 Alpha Released!

Woah, a new version, just as I read about someone complaining no new release in the other thread :)

Oh, and YAY. I just donated recently too. Great work vobbo.

EDIT: I was editing the .ini to change the 266 to 233 and noticed its in windows text format. Does it need to be in *nix format?

I've been watching the developement on this. You are machine gun fast at putting out new releases. Im just gonna wait till sound. Then come out of the corner and and praise you as PC-ENGINE KING. I don't think there has ever been a complete PC-ENGINE emulator b4 on the GP32 or GP2X. Great work.

Awesome,
gpengine was my favorite emu on the gp32,
and now we have a great tg16 emu on the gp2x.

Thanks.

MTH

Yeah, sound would be nice. Now that people are donating I don't see why not.

Nice work though.

Great good to see the fast progress on this. It certainly could become the next emu legend on the GP2X.. We can then forget GP-Engine on the Gp32 forever. As soon as I hear some tunes squawking out of my tinny little GP2X speakers I will be coughing up some dosh too :)

Well done, with great appreciation. Looking forward to see CD and sound coming soon...

One thing trivial (and my lazyness) though, would it be nice to let me quit the emulator at the rom selection screen too?

Current behaviour
(While playing)->L+R->select any rom->quit hu6280 seems a little weird :p

Am I supposed to install anything before this like the sdl libraries or summat? Only I get a freeze whenever I try a game but I can't see anything in the readme about it.

Thanks,

EDIT: Installed the sdl libraries and it still freezes. This is a MK2 FW2 machine, btw.

Hmm, are you overclocking?
He is, the default conig without changing anything is 266, and some gp2x's like mine only go up to 249, or less.

Change the config to 233 and you may be fine.

Vobbo, also there are some games that are much wider resolution then the screen, is there going to be a scaler to see the full game?

Change the overclocking to '233'.

Great release Vobbo, as everybody I can't wait to have sound (first) and Iso support (second). I think that everybody will think my stupid but do you have an idea when sound will be avaible ?
However, thank a lot for your work ! :D
