What Will You Do On 'the Day'

GP32-4-EVER!!!

come on every one"GP32-4-EVER!!!!" or not?

im keeping mine what so ever :)
GP32-4-EVER!!!

I was thinking after a year of 20, would the gp32 then become a "retro" handheld, or a collectors item, or do you think it will be totally forgotten?

I think it will become one of those handhelds that a few have heard about, but it is impossible to find any websites with information about it in english.

Quick, someone make a site recording the gp32 history

I am confident that there will be a second GP32 sometime in the future.

I don't expect much in the way of N64 or PSX emu on the PSP. Plus, the batteries are so much more manageable with the GP, so I'll definitely be sticking with my good old GP32.

I'm keeping mine. It stays in my pocket with my DS. I enjoy them almost equally. The GP32 moreso because it's games are free.

You draw the pacman and he eats the ghosts! Brilliant!

I will keep my Gp32 as I do now with all my consoles as I have sold in the past and ended up buying them back so I hang onto them now becaue you never know when you will want to play an old game or just sue the GP32 for movie sor MP3's, Linux etc...

I guess that makes the case for a NLU. You can use that for emus etc outside but cannot use the PSP. So GP32 NLU outside, PSP inside (someday).

psp obviously, sell gp32, n64 emu, psx emu who wouldnt?

Yeah, N64 is a big one that I would like to see get emulated on the PSP. With the dedicated GPU, 333mhz CPU, and 32mb or ram, it MAY be possible. Still a stretch, but it may make it. You would probably need 450-500ish to make it right though. The only reason I would sell my GP32 for a PSP is that I have to justify the expense somehow. I'd probably sell some other junk for it instead though. A good reason to still keep is the same reason i got a FLU instead of a BLU... to play it outside in daylight!

I got mario64 running at near fullspeed on a computer with 32mb ram, and a 300mhz precessor :p

Most definitely keep it. It's absolutely perfect for what it is & does, and that won't change in the future. The controls are perfect for 8-bit games (and very good for 16-bit), so I will always enjoy it.

I will keep my gp32 forever... The original experience of getting emus on it.. then sitting in the car on the way home, playing sonic the hedgehog, super mario 3 and other great games. was far too special and magical of an experience to simply sell...
GP32-4EVER
Even if gamepark makes another system.(Which i hope they do) I will still keep my gp32...

I'm keeping the GP32 until it blows up, or I die... whichever comes first, no matter what. It is the coolest thing I've ever owned... if I die before it blows up, I'm going to either have it buried with me or give it away... not sure yet...

I'll probably put it on my head, and wear it as a hat. Or maybe I would strap it into the passenger seat of my car, drive down south, and give it the holiday it's always deserved!

Then I'll jump up and down on it, and damn it to hell!!!!

Probably

I'd never sell it, as [1] I wouldn't earn very much mony from it, [2] there are a lots of other apps than emus to the GP32 (funny freeware games, etc) and [3] the GP32 is still open source, so it will still have a bigger programmer scene (newbies for exemple).
Then all my memories... I couldn't sell them, could I?

when the gp32 breathes it's final breath maybe we should campaign for a gp32 public holiday! A day where it is compulsory to play GP32 non stop, and people will meet up using their RF links for multiplayer fun - oooooh yes!!!

PSP? Why would I have any interest in the PSP?
