Why Are So Many Selling Their Pandora On Ebay

@MiniSinisterMinister if you want to sell, you might want to do it soon. I don't think prices will stay this high for long.

I will keep my Pandora, with Ginge it is at least a GP2X with better battery life and gamepad (although I also liked the F200 buttons)

Aha, thank you for explaining. I don't agree though, the only thing in this thread that was useless was JASC from you and it does make you JASA.

Oh troll somewhere else, SONY. There is good discussion in this thread.

how is it a good discussion if theres millions of other things being sold on ebay and nobody makes a post about those?

also we are not talking about a perfected crippled fruit

expectations are strictly personal, no really good discussion will ever come out of this, only fanboys against trolls

There was nothing wrong with this thread until wannebe mod SONY stepped in.
It is a very valid question to ask why someone sells a Pandora after waiting for it for 2 years. I have seen some good comments from neither fanboys or trolls.

I have given my opinion why I think people might sell their Pandora. Instead of commenting about trolling and fanboyism try to read the good comments and comment on that. It will make threads like this much more interesting.

if you want good discussion, open a thread with a specific pandora question, problem, suggestion, not biased conjectures

Why should I, any thread can end up with a good discussion. Just because the OP isn't very accurate or even trolling doesn't make the whole thread infected and useless.
Discussion was still pretty much on-topic and interesting and if you don't believe it is, you should stay out of it. Who are you to decide if something is worthwhile?

Expectations can be made specific and that is what this should be all about. The people that sell or might sell their Pandora have/had a reason. By sharing why, people have some more information so they can make up their own minds about pre-ordering, canceling or selling.
If you have good reasons for not selling, this also seems to be the right thread to discuss.

No I won't sell the Pandora I got from ebay until I receive "my Pandora" from ED. I don't care if prices go down in the meantime. I have waited for so long that this handheld has become somehow special to me and also I want to try every emu and app as soon as it is released.

Just a quick note on the "Is it or isn't it useless?" point: I think that this thread has turned out to be quite interesting, in spite of how it began. It isn't striking me as useless - I think it's very valuable to have access to a wide range of opinions on the device, as not only is it interesting to read, it can also provide pointers as to where, for example, users think that software can be improved, or other things like that.

Sorry for the minor off-topicness, folks - I'm enjoying following this discussion and just wanted to point out that I do believe this thread has a use. I'd like to see it continue in the on-topic fashion it was before. ;)

- For watching video I use my desktop

I tried that once but it was a total PITA to take all the way to the train station, then I had to find TWO seats with plug sockets (need a monitor too, see). I got a LOT more funny looks than when bringing my Pandora with me.

Additionally, trains in Thailand (where I spend a lot of time) don't even HAVE plug sockets.

Is there ANY public train with 220V wall sockets on the passengers seats?

Yup

The Heathrow express I believe has them, as do the Southeastern fast trains to London.

I haven't used my pandora in weeks, still sitting on my shelf.
I found the emulation wasn't up to par, same with web browsing
(PSX, N64, GBA, NEOGEO, SNES)Genesis is excellent
Instead, just using the Samsung Captivate mostly
