simple thread

describe the last game you played!

ill start

Lady Killer 1.0

put it on my smc to try out - half an hour later!

I think this is an excellent game an arcade port I believe - well designed, interesting, with kewl animation :)

love it - although its not finished (no sound) the latest version has all bugs fixed and plays a very nice game indeed...

its like qix - you dive under pieces of a puzzle to reveal a scantily clad anime babe  whilst collecting power ups etc and avoiding bad guys B)

very simple - easy to pick up - hard to put down - a gp32_console classic in the making!

Rom: Super Mario 3
Homebrew: Lacuna

Both on Xmas day.

And if we are talking about non gp32:

SNES: Super Sim City
N64: Lylat Wars
PS2: Disgaea (on my 85th hour) , Soul Calibur 2 (multiplayer), FFX

Great! I really like games/systems with special controls!

You can`t compare a comercial handheld like the DS with an opensource handheld (is that how you call it?). Both have it`s pros and cons.

And Iron Slug is the game I`m currently working on. As soon as I got the animations and the controls ready, I release a tech demo. B)

Dyhard Infinity on GP32 (aka: Dyhard With Infinite Stairs).

This is a very weird game, and extremely hard to beat (I'm still trying to beat the second level). However, it does tend to get addictive after a while and is extremely good for passing time. I won't attempt to describe it, if you want the experience (and it is an experience) go buy the game off of Gamepark's website.

they released a followup for dyhard like.. 6 months ago ro something right? it was a free download if memeory serves.. i think it was maybe a homebrew-type project however (and probably unfinished), does anyone still have the link for it?

(not asking "free rom?", there used to be a link to it on the gp32x front page..)

Fallout 2 on PC. Level 4 with APA and jackhammers. Speech skill / intelligence owns.
I think its supposed to be GP32 only.

For me, it would be Lacuna; very fine game with awesome music.

Don't be such a fascist.

It didnt mention anywhere that this was system specific.

Also played

Mario 64 DS
Winning eleven 8 PC

last time i touched my GP32 was when the Lynx emu came out.

In that case your comments are off topic too.

You should have posted in the "I'm a winging old granny" section

Lacuna?

ive missed this one -

can someone fill me in?

sPaCe
Basically you press "a" to keep a target afloat. You have to get through various gaps and holes. It's totally random and all you do is try and beat your previous score, just like that helicopter flash game.

It's extremely addictive and has some kickass music with it.

click me.
