Update on 3D Engine

I'm not actually 100% sure of that myself, but from common sense and suggesting by it's name I'd say it's a style of laying out the level, in this case you are allowed to create "floors" of different rooms which are above/below each other, so there would be "rooms-over-rooms".

Looking at that engine editor suggests that, since the editor's a simple top-down grid of squares, it looks like you only have one "room layer" you can work on, but that doesnt stop you from putting in platforms, as well as raised or lowered cube/rectangular floor parts though, you could create stairs or pillars with that (see videos on gp32news to see what I mean)
