I maybe buying a GP32Flu to upgrade and I'm wondering a few things:

1. How much benifit/disadvantages would I find by upgradeing to 64mb ram?

and Where would be the best place to get these things from the UK.

Ram Upgrade Chip
Keyboard fo gp32
Fixibond spray paint for shell
Light upgrades, (button and power led)
SMC A4 sheet of labels for print off of labels like Evil Dragons.

I think that pretty much all I want to try my hand at any other upgrades worth getting?

Also is there anywhere I can get ASR for the GP32, Anywhere?!

The only thing that would benefit from extra memory is gpLinux, other then that, nothing supports it.
but that would be cool :D
I think all the mods together will cost a lot, especially the ram mod

got ot cobbleware for info on the ram mod
also, try the voltage mod
once I can figure out what resistors to use to make 1.99 volt , I will do my gp32 with it, for goodness in Quake and in GPCinema2
