I just found this one the other day. Very excited about it, it should be arriving here tomorrow.

Headplay HMD
It's an HMD, sale price is about the same as the Vuzix Wrap 920 (which is currently unavailable), but it has more connectivity out of the box and a larger resolution, 800x600. Looking forward to testing it out while waiting for the pandora.

USB Bit Whacker, yes I said bit whacker.

Is a small PIC microcontroller board, USB powered, and is loaded with firmware that allows it to show up as a serial port in linux (win/osx too). You can then send serial commands to control digital I/O, read ADC, etc. A fine tool for all kinds of DIY projects.

Just a head's up. These do not fit over prescription glasses.

It has a little slider that you're supposed to be able to adjust to "act like" your prescription glasses, but the adjustment isn't strong enough for me. (And it doesn't handle astigmatism.)

So if you're nearsighted to the point where you'd need glasses to see a screen that appears to be about five feet away, these probably aren't the displays for you.

(For folk with good eyes, these things are a pretty neat little package.)

Wow, that fan is actually kind of cool. I wonder if it can be programmed to spell things out and make designs like this one?

EDIT: Oposite of what the fan try to accomplish, but just as useful:

Wow! That's a cool thought- a USB POV fan would be totally cool. I don't think this is one, but i really like the idea.

Wonder if you could make a fan for the Pandora that would scroll a message. I'd scroll 'DON'T TOUCH ME I EAT KITTENS' or something to that affect.
