Do you ever laugh at anybody else's misfortune? Whether they're dead or not is irrelavent, you're still finding humor in something "bad" that happened to someone else.
That is true, like with the tsunami nobody hesitated to give money to the people there, yet brit's won't give money to the dying and the poor in their own country, just cos it isn't splatterised all over the papers.

However, making fun of deaths is not humourous whatsoever. Many people have lost their lives. You think this is funny? I know someone who is still missing. You think this is funny for his wife? Knowing that her husband is probably dead?
