Despite the fact that I try to convince myself that games are not the reason for me to purchase the Pandora (I blame nostalgia for me)

Thank you! Brings back good memories. :)
Can't wait to play all the classics again.

Nice post Windy! Looking forward to many of these classics.

The way things are going, sadly God Of War 3 will be a classic by the time I get my Pandora! LOL :p

I remember that one Wootson... "State of the Art" demo?

Yes, that's it! With a little editing here and there by myself.

Well, you could argue that Another World was an interactive movie. Yet it's hard to find people who say that wasn't a classic.

Dragon's Lair and Space Ace are quite possibly the very definition of interactive movie, and they're definitely revered as "classics".

Hey, since Dragon's Lair and Space Ace where brought up, is there any chance one of our gracious developers can port DAPHNE to Pandora?

Matt Ownby the original creator was trying a GP2X port a few years back, but he just couldn't get it to run at a level that was usable. I offered to get him a Pandora if he would consider a port, but he stated he had no interest in trying another handheld version. I believe it's open source, so maybe someone can take a crack at it. I would so love to play arcade perfect Dragons lair 1 & 2, Space Ace, Thyers Quest, and Cliff Hanger on a handheld, a dream come true!

about another world case, i can argue that it was too far difficult than new games, don't forget why you really like oldies, not only because it make you remember your past but also how long time you spent on it before finish it. myself i finished uncharted 1 in 2days and 2 in a sunday of extrem gaming. i like god of war 1,2 but 3 i hate it too easy too. compare with super mario 3 with out cheating.

Great post! Seeing all those games brought back so many memories. Will get to relive them comfortably with the Pandora once it comes :)
