I got to know Pidgin through the Pandora and use it on every system now.You can use Pidgin for instant messaging with a lot of networks (Skype is not one of them). For video and voice chat, I don't know about it since I don't use it, but Linphone works on the Pandora.
I really didn't think about that and did not even know, that there is a browser version.Personnaly, I'm using the website imo.im. the skype chat is working (and perhaps audio msg? I didn't tried..)
It's the best solution I found to use skype with pandora after lots of research
No. Its now owned by the king of no open source software loving mongaloids. (MIcrosoft)Bump
So what are the reliable alternatives? Ekiga sucks balls bad.Was owned a while ago, and even if the NSA spying stuff is now totally public, many ppl are still using skype... Human stupidity...
