sory for stupid questin becous if it doesn't exist there must be some reason but why won't on of the new first-person shooters be ported : Quake 3 ,,

Quake 3 is harder to port then Quake 1 and 2, I think that's the reason the two have been ported first.

QUOTE
CS ,, Wolfenstein enemy terretory

Counter-Strike isn't Open Source and ET is too much for the Wiz.

What about Quake 3 Arena ?? ( it has the same engine as ET )

Well I really like the ET and play it now on my PC would love to see one on the Wiz but if it is too much I think I will have to be happy other games ..
Maybe some optimalisation ?? And graphics change ..

Edit: Or maybe no I changed my mind I would rather to have the Quake 2/3 multiplayer mode with more than 11,4 fps :p :p

Could be possible, but who wants to play Quake 3 without a mouse anyway?

Well would be a bit hard but We still have the usb :) :)

And real Quake 3 Arena fans would play it using only the built in keys :

Arrows-to move
Z,X,Y,B-aim
left-shoot
right-action key ( I'm not sure if it is in Quake 3 Arena like in ET )

And combinations to crouch and to lie down ( and to everything else )

It would really be a hard core gaming on school breaks with friends who play on the PC ( 1/10 would be the example of score You could get :) :) K/D of course )

Being on a mac today means I can't watch this, can you get the fps numbers?
Craigix, even though the video has been posted to YouTube already, in the future, you can try VLC. You can find it here:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

I have a Mac and I found out VLC can play basically any file the QuickTime Player cannot handle.

Q3 can only be playable only if is using openGL ES, in software mode is too heavy for the Wiz. Q3 openGL ES version are not really done correctly actually.

Q1 and Q2 in software are not so heavy

SW mode was easier, now it about the same.
the glquake video is in fact using opengles (the fact that its so slow is eluding me) but it is using a opengl to opengles wrapper. q2 and q3 are possible to run now but given the fact that q1 is so slow I havnt attempted it.
