Rlyeh's Unannounced New Emu + Public Fmame Soon

BBC? never had one or played anything on it, could care less about it. It would suck if that was it. All I could remember hearing about it was that it was like a C64 with really bad graphics and sound. There is so much more that would be better than BBC.

That's a bad attitude to have, it was more like a PC than a console. It had the original version of Elite and loads of great games, admittedly many of them appeared on the C64 and Spectrum but still...

Besides what better system hasn't been emulated already?

Atari 2600 (what is out doesn't count because it doesn't work very good)
Atari 7800
Intellivision (actually that is 16 bit, but it looks like 8)
Atari Lynx (what is out doesn't count because it doesn't work very good)
Vectrex (version out is so slow it is like not being out)

Or he could spend the time to update/complete his other emus such as GBC, Coleco etc. I think that would be time better spent.

What the hell is BBC sounds dodgy to me.

I have just looked it up, It is dodgy, to me at least. It kind of looks like a Speccy only worse. The good news though is the GP32 could probably emulate it at full speed with sound at FS0 at 40 MHz.

It seems all of you are excited about the secret emulator,
when in my opinion the holly grail of emulation on the gp is MAME and I can hardly wait :D

BBC's are the ultimate retro machine

Elite

This emulator will be worth it for this game alone. Honestly.

Why not use this one?

I know, I wasn't saying it isn't, though it kind of looks like that. It was 2:30am!
