Forever Homebrew
Hi all
Remember @ptitSeb 's NetSurf port to the Pandora ?
Well, that browser runs well on the Pyra too
I just followed that procedure:
The "ns-pull-install" part failed with an error related to some "cast-align" thing, so I ran:
...and then that part completed successfully
I decided to give the GTK 3 frontend a try, so I installed the required development files:
And "make" built a lovely "nsgtk3" binary which starts much faster than Firefox
If somebody knowledgeable about DBPs could make a package for the Pyra that would be really appreciated !
Cheers, Magic Sam
P.S: NetSurf is part of Debian 11 "Bullseye" (but unfortunately not Debian 10 "Buster"):
