Win 7 beta on my laptop and desktop at home. XP at work.

I run Ubuntu server under VMWare on desktop as a LAMP dev machine. I occasionally use Ubuntu desktop under VMWare on my desktop machine through RDP from my laptop. Hardly the snappiest way of interacting with an OS but whenever I get the urge to dabble with some C++, it does the job sufficiently well.

Good Nvidia support seems somewhat lacking in recent X.org releases, so I'm not going native with Linux anytime soon.

I would dearly love Haiku to become mature. I would still have to either dual-boot or virtualise a WinXP+Office 2003 system though, as I do a lot of Excel development.

At home XP laptop, XP desktop, 2 Fedora Linux servers, Linux PDA (Zaurus).
At work XP desktop with 22" widescreen used to connect to hundreds (710) of SuSE Linux servers.

I regularly have dozens of shell windows open on my XP machines to my Linux servers, but I rarely use anything on X-Windows.
CLI all the way baby!

Just select "Other" if your preference isn't listed.

Would a defective USB device freeze and force a reboot on a Linux, MacOS or other OS? No.

Ubuntu 8.10 on 2 desktops. I use Puppy Linux for problem solving.
Windows XP only needed for Visual Pinball.

Ubuntu 8.10 x64 primarily.
I also have XPx64 although I haven't booted it since getting my HDTV overscan issue sorted in Ubuntu and gradually getting my Steam games working in WINE.

And ReactOS... I'm going to give that another try in VirtualBox... if it does everything I need "windows" for I will probably scrap my XPx64 partition.
