I just heard that a small company came out with a type of spray paint that bonds with plastic and will not rub off. It is called Kryon Fusion spray paint and it is available at your local ACE hardware store or Home Depot. Now it is easy to paint your GP32. gp32_console

They have had plastic spray paint for many years. That brand type you mentioned is about 3-4 years old (but very good, perhaps the best).

They even have spray paint that can paint live flowers (yeah beleive it). Its nothing new :p

(my dad is major spray paint buff, he paints everything)

Does your dad know if there are spay paints that'll stick to clothing? Sorta like silkscreen textures.

He's about halfway across the world right now :p sorry cant ask him.

If you look hard enough you can find just about anything, although why spraypaint clothes? Dye works good for clothing.

The hardcore PC modding scene uses stuff called vinyl dye for making plastics change colour. How it works exactly, I'm not sure (like requiring heat to cure properly or whatever), but it's probably a dipping solution. Not used the stuff myself (my case already kicks arse!), just something I've noticed for those who might want to colour their GPs.

Now if someone would invent a spraypaint that made plastic translucent, that would rock! ;)

Thats something I expect to see in startrek.

"captain, that plastic cups not translucent!"

"Great god!! Set phazers on translucent and FIRE!!!!!!"

5 mins later

"Captain dreary old green klingon vessel."

"Good God!!!"

"Arm phasers and bleach torpedoes! Fire!!!!!!!"

I had a translucent palm and it was great in daylight but at night there was so much light leakage that I ended up colouring the case with a black marker pen inside and out just so I could see the screen properly.

Yeah thats something to think about, however my translucent GBA with afterburner kit, seems to be just fine. I guess it depends on hardware shape and the degree of translucency.

I have a pink (fuscia) GBA with an AfterBurner installed. I like how it looks ... we actually used it as a flashlight during a power outage
