Hello all!

A while back I was going to see if it was OK to return my pandora as the screen appears to have developed a fault (I'm thinking it is the screen cable). I have the RMA sheet as a PDF to fill out but not sure what to do next. Do I have to buy the new screen cable and then send it back with the pandora or ?

Thanks for any help

No, just mention on the RMA sheet that you think your LCD cable might be broken, remove your stylus, battery and SD cards, put your Pandora in an appropriately padded box, and send it to Inglostadt.

I'll leave discovering the address up to you. I'm sightly surprised the RMA form doesn't include it.

Ok thanks for that. But *grr's* there seems to be a new problem. You see before when I last looked into all of this the pandora's screen just had lots of lines all over it or it would go completely blank. I managed to find my old post (actually, just a reply) about it here:

I haven't even powered on my pandora since then. I've literally just switched on the pandora and it isn't doing the screen full of lines or blank screen thing at all. Maybe it is just a fluke and intermittent and I'm just being "lucky" having not powered up the pandora since last november?

Dodgy LCD cables can be intermittent like that. I'd still send it in if I were you, since it has shown symptoms of failure, even if it's working right now.

If you've not used your Pandora since last November, you've got some cracking new games to play, primarily from ptitseb.
