Pandora in the news: Crash Course Games Handhelds! :)

Competition is the king of the castle.

Some people see libre software/open source as a product that must compete these days, even when there's no company behind...

At the end of the day, people use it because it's the best option, no matter what OS they use.

At least for day to day tasks (VLC, Kodi, OBS, Calibre, etc) and of course, emulators with frontends like RetroArch, Recalbox, Retropie, etc.

He seems to be suggesting that a device failed if it didn't sell as many as Nintendo.
I didn't like the implication that units sold == success. Or that Nintendo is the end-all-be-all of handheld consoles. Oh, and they forgot the Neo Geo Pocket line of handhelds.

I missed a few more handhelds, but it's nice to see a list bigger then regular ones with only Sony/Nintendo on it.

Obviously when he was talking about success he meant commercially, and in that he is correct, no-one could rightfully say that the Pandora was a commercial success. That's not a comment on the device itself though, (and it shouldn't be taken as one) just on how well it sells/sold.
