Pandora Artwork

I want this on the back of a white Pandora... :)
There are plenty of places who'll custom-cut vinyl images if you can provide an image to them. There are even eBay sellers who offer the service, now.

Reminds me of Pirelli.

(image was here)

For those who aren't familiar.
Oh yeah, that's pretty close all right. The rainbow reminds me of the old Apple Macintosh rainbow stickers included with every Macintosh. Not that Apple owns the rainbow. Or do they?

Pandora 2.0

Hello all,
I got bored again.

This one is called: Anatomy of a Pandora.
It's kinda in the style of dutch designer Wim Crouwel, although he would have drawn it by hand first ;) And he probaby wouldn't have used that green. I drew the grid in so you could see how the type is constructed.

The original is much larger, altho the web version looks pretty accurate. Enjoy!

EDIT: Here's a softer version, grid in background. I hope imageshack is working..

I really like the black background one, with the grid. Looks really cool.

It has that old Atari rainbow logo vibe to it.

Mmmmmm... Atari.
Why are my ears burning?

because the kitchen is on fire.

IMO, I don't like the new two ones that much. Don't look very original either

Thanks for the comments guys. Actually creating the type on the latest two took longer because I had to create it from scratch. I may try making a composition with it later, but I was just happy getting the type together in the first place, and the image proves I used a grid :)

I like blocky, pixellated looking letterforms - that retro feeling again. AND its fun making your own letters with rectangles and a grid.
