Word on the street is that the features in the expensive one are more customisation, backwards compatability and WebTV. Thankfully pointless.

and Xbox 360 is a terrible name. They should go with Xbox Next, I think.

About the wireless controllers and the rumble feature, my guess is due to the recent law suit where that one small company was sueing everyone over the rumble feature, I'm betting that the new Xbox wont have any rumble. If I remember right, the Logitech wireless Xbox controllers did not have rumble.
But if it does... man time to buy stock in Energizer.
