I don't know if this was posted already but MWeston uploaded a new video to his youtube showing off some super nintendo games: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsLCECZvBac

Looks great! Looks like the final board in that clear case, I spy?

I like how this emulator works, definately much better than when I use to DS SNES emulators. Now that we've seen the gaming side of the Pandora through numerous emulator and Quake 3 videos I want to see the computing side of the Pandora.

The video looks great, but I'm a little concerned that everybody who has played a racing game on the Pandora so far hasn't been very good at it.

Yeah, I'm hoping he just sucks at it and it's not the controls fault

I also wondered if the dpad (left/right) gets stuck causing him to drive like a drunk.

But watching his left thumb it seems like he really just sucks at racing games. :D

Good Man Yigguth :) and Thanks Mr Weston for making the video :)

Snes,Genesis,MAME,Amiga,GBA,PSX and N64 on the go! I'll have no life once I have my Panda :p

Edit: Finally I'll be able to play the following games full speed without adjusting stuff.

Bio Metal
Secret of Mana
Super Metriod
Mortal Kombat 2,3
Donkey Kong games

I don't think any handheld that I know of will run these games full speed with sound. The Wiz comes close.

found my cache of snes, n64 and megadrive games on an old hardrive yesterday. this video makes me very happy :)
slight bug with the emulator though with long names :S
Edit: just read its a quick port off the community blog. hope the optimisations make this 100x better :D

At first I was going to totally agree with you about the people playing not being very good when he was playing F-Zero cause I always sucked at that game. But Mario Kart? He was driving a drunken Monkey! LOL

I'd like to see a game that makes heavy use of transparencies demoed on the Pandora. Something like Super Metroid or parts of Mega Man X. Those used to bog down the GP2X SNES emus and so it would be nice to see how much they've improved since those days.

Just out of curiosity, Has anyone ever tried playing any game through the lens of a camera, Whilst trying to concentrate on keeping the subject in focus, In view of the lens and play the game at the same time ?. It ain`t easy.

Thank you very much for the video Michael. :)

I didn't see the blue letters and numers on the keys that are on the final keys. It might just be too dark to see them on the video.
