There are always rumors, and sometimes screenshots, but is anybody working on a MAME port?

A emulator of old arcade games :)

arcade emu. If the gp32 can't fully emulate snes, i don't see how in the hell it could do mame. Compatability would be small, maybe just the older games would run, but I think most of those were ported already. I don't think I'll ever be able to play something liek street fighter alpha 3 on Gp32...

MAME stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator. MAME currently will play over 2600 ROMs.

MAME runs on many platforms and operating systems. While many recent games will never play on the GP32, hundreds will.

the older stuff like track and field, ghost n goblins and yie ar kung fu, should be do-able. theres some cut down ports of MAME on the dreamcast that just play the older stuff.

might a good starting point for a GP32 port.
