Lets Dream

Don't forget PicoDrive is being done for the gp32 as well by the same person who wrote Cyclone, so it's not really a dream - more a reality :)

He uses PicoDrive to find bugs in his Cyclone kit.

Yay alot of games are going to work!

I've got a confession to make, I kind of cheated - not all those games are playable ;)

For example After Burner just displays that bit, it crashes soon after, and Altered Beast still has that jump bug!

All the screenshots are genuine though, but it's just that they are usually screenshots about a second before the game crashes because the opcode isn't implemented, e.g. I made especially sure I didn't jump in Ghouls and Ghosts!

I'm a cheeky bugger aren't I.. Hey - it's called Marketting ;)

Mind you, Mickey Mouse, Marble Madness, PuyoPuyo, Bloodlines, Sonic, Spiderman and Revenge of Shinobi are all playable, so it's not TOO misleading ;)

Shouldn't be long now though - went to see Kill Bill vol 2 last night so that why I didn't do anything for GBAX2004. FOUR DAYS LEFT - aiiiie! so much to do!

Oh well, they will someday all work! Is this going to have better compatability than Fgen32 WE beta? That would be really cool.

the fgen weakend beta was v0.0064 i think, the aktual v0.0066 core has much better compatibility, and you can jump in sonic :)

I've ordered a fresh supply of pants just in case GBAX is too exciting ;)

That's underwear to you americans.

Yeah, but remember that fGen is a port of Genesis Plus, which is a much more complete emu than PicoDrive currently is.

HVCounter, Hints, VRAM reads... you name it, it'll be done and tested on PC. Pico will get there, but maybe not in time for GBAX :(

Have just sped up the graphics in Pico by about 30%. Someone is doing a DoCoMo smartphone port as well ;)

Best to get it out of your system. You won't have time when all the emulators arrive at GBAx 2004.

Unless, that is that some new VNS games get released.
