Lately I have found a few channels that irritate me. Since that isn't what this thread is for I won't be sharing them.

For me at least, I'm more likely to check out a channel if you write a few words about them and I identify with those. If you don't write any words and just list channels then I'm highly unlikey to check anything out. But that's just me.

Do you want me to tell you about the irritating channels?

A fairly new British youtuber's put up a neat channel with short videos mostly focussing on old video games. A couple years ago, he was reviewing anime flicks, but for the past 6 months or so he started to upload his self-titled highly unoriginal gaming show:
    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVnBKYo3Lyand2miArsa1Ig/videos

He brings up versions of games I'd not come across before, and seems to either know his stuff or has just done good research on the topic. Worth investing a few minutes once a week either way.

A food related one, TabiEats. A couple of blokes travel around Japan trying out local food items, also snacks that their subscribers send them, and doing other food related stuff

Mentioned on a different thread, but I have recently started to watch some of the c++ videos from One Lone Coder
    https://www.youtube.com/javidx9

His series on 3D (doom style) and building an RPG were of particular interest.

On the gaming channel front, I've recently started watching Derek Findas, whose putting out impressively crap 80s style review shows of spectrum games. He's also had me laughing out loud with my headphones on, which I'm normally able to control. The game reviews are not really the point of these videos, although he is highlighting some of the better looking spectrum games at least.

not sure if this would fit better somewhere else, but how morphcat games fit a cool vertically-scrolling platformer into 40KB for the NES.
