Apparently I lost my Payback SD in a motel 6 room. :( Is there any hope of getting it back? Has anyone ever gotten anything back from a motel l&f? I guess this is a really stupid topic. Whatever.

I've always had good luck getting things back from hotels... try calling them and letting them know you lost a small memory card in your room. They might be able to figure out what it is quicker if you tell them it's a camera memory card.

Say... why exactly do you ask us instead of the Motel? I don't mean to be a dick, but I don't see how we could help you.

Surely the hotel will have a record of who was staying in which room?

When my fiance worked at the Radisson, in town here, they kept lost items for a month. However, after a month the person that found the item got to keep it. So, she once told me that a housekeeper got to take home a laptop. Who looses a laptop? She also used to find porn under the drawers in the dresser. I think they just threw that out though.

I now know which room I stayed in and I found the email address for that particular franchise. This thread can self destruct now, run along.

Spend less time picking the hooker and more time paying attention to the room you are given.
