Colem

Hello to all,

My dilemma is with the Colem emulator. The emulator is successfully downloaded in my apps folder and shows on my desktop.

The colem.roms are in the colem.skeeiz folder in my appdata folder. So it's appdata>colem.skeeiz>colem.roms>then all the games.

I tried loading the game files compressed and uncompressed but to no avail. They will not start up at all.

The files were not colecovision adam. I know they are not compatible with Colem.

The unzipped roms were .bin files and of course were compressed to .bin.zip.

I tried playing the files with either .bin, .bin.zip or .zip but again a no go. I renamed the game titles such as zaxxon(1983)(USA).bin.zip to zaxxon.zip. or zaxon.bin or zaxxon.bin.zip. Again a no go at it.

All NTSC of course.

Should I unzip these files via squeeze?

Any help would be graciously received. I hope this has been explained adequately.

Cheers,

Scooby.

You have the coleco BIOS rom itself in there?

jeff
You know this is the one thing I overlooked. I did put the colem.roms in the colem.skeezix folder and assumed that was sufficient.

So apparently I've no bios then.

I am assuming it's google time!! ;)

No Sir no bios.

Thank you for the insight jeff.

Cheers, scooby.

I do apologize for I see this issue has been addressed and rectified in a previous post.
