Yeah, Off Topic is clearly a different case. There are way less of the new people here as it seems to they don't want to venture out of their Pandora sandbox of bliss and delays.

I would come here more often, but it's all the way at the bottom of the page. My time is far too precious to be wasted by scrolling down. There are amusing pictures of cats I could be looking at.
