So as some of you may know from an earlier thread of mine I'm going abroad for a while. This means: waiting at the airport, long train rides, long bus rides and alone hotel room time. I've only just got my Pandora recently and it's still lacking in the games department.

I need suggestions for games (homebrews/ports). What good ones do you know of?

How about telling us what genre(s) you like?

Already got an emulator for every major console :D ! Great list of games tho, currently downloading alundra and resident evil.

Supertux is a good platformer, and I recently completed gianas return which is very good.

both of these have many hours of game play,

Just got them, both look great, thanks :)

gran turismo 2

Out of curiosity what do you set the CPU speed at to get that to work nicely? I went up to 750 and it was still lagging (playable, but nowhere near boastworthy).

800 bro. It uses neon, so for example...over-clocking all the way up to 1Ghz isn't necessary at all. In fact, high clocks past, say...800? aren't going to improve things at all.

Are you sure? On several PS1 games I've managed to overclock past 800. I've gone to 850 with no troubles (yet 850 in Mupen has frozen games occasionally).

Quake trilogy!

I'd love to get the Quakes but I've got no idea how to get them. I d/l the engines but there's something about data files, still haven't found them. Will try again.

I recommend Oddworld Abes Oddysee on the psx, very fun little platformer.

Some of my old time favs. Got them =]

Simple. Either purchase the game (no matter the format, so long as you can access the .pak files), or sail the seven seas for it. Run the PND once, then copy all the necessary files in. Folder names should typically match up, but if not, the needed files are probably listed in the manual.

I've purchased Q1 from stream just for this but I can't find the .pak files anywhere, not even when I do a search. I'll try the sailing :p . Thanks for the help dude!
