Are you \ Will you be able to plug in a usb joystick and have 2 player gaming sessions,
preferably with the tv out. I'm thinking toejam and earl, herzog zwei, street fighter etc.
Or even a 2 player x-arcade
controller, with the tv out, for mame sessions etc ?

Technically, this should be possible.

However, it's up to software authors whether they want to implement this.

Wow. Original games that did this would be awesome. You could take advantage of the physical positions people would have to adopt to play, holding the device together, shoulder-to-shoulder.

I've seen some arcade and indie multiplayr games that put focus on the physical space like that. There was one ridiculous one where up to four players are each given a button on the keyboard to press, and whoever holds their's the longest wins, and...that's it. No holds barred. Punch your friends in the face: it's art!

wario ware for the GB had a couple 2 player games that used one gameboy.

@ FOAD i have never seen a polished emulator that doesnt support more than one controller input. your best bet will be a wireless ps3 or 360 controller
