The problem is developing the algorithms for figuring out in what state the person is, if that is even possible (without testing I can't say for sure whether that program works).
I think it would be good if someone in the team could create some automated system to allow people to opt in or out.
I don't think manually answering hordes of e-mails and sorting buyers would be practical.

I couldn't care less about the gaming part. If I wanted a standard gaming device, I'd acquire a Nintendo DS. I'm much more interested in the mobile computing side of the Pandora.
I don't care about an App Store at all.
Most of the applications I'm going to use are already available and I don't really intend to buy any commercial games.
But it's a good idea, as it should be useful to other people.
They still use ELF and are binary-compatible.
Although controls could get awkward, it should be possible to run the applications with the proper libraries copied to the Pandora.
