    Re-order Emails Going Out Now

I just really hope my credit card won't have any problems with it if I have to repay, because I've already been refunded once due to the PayPal problem.

    N64 Emulation Becoming More Likely?

N64 is and has always been possible. The only issue is that we need a skilled programmer to write it for us.

    RAID on SD

I could just make some script to automatically backup my Pandora to my computer every night while I'm sleeping or something.

    RAID on SD

I'm doing it, it'll probably still increase write speeds.

Sales Wondering about SD offered during preorder

They were Sandisk class 4 cards and they weren't really cheap, you can buy cheaper cards on Amazon.

Pandora Standard Distro: Armstrong Or *ubuntu?

Say that to the developers that developed probably more than half the code the Pandora is gonna use.

Pandora Standard Distro: Armstrong Or *ubuntu?

I do not see any reason for your hostilities, but I feel I should make three points: 1. Your statements about me are untrue. 2. I don't like to have a slowed down computer due to useless software being installed, especially with a device like the Pandora, it would suck to have a distribution...

    Touchscreen Info.

No dev has ever said the screen is the same as any tablet of the Nokia N series. The screen is the same as the Archos (605, I guess).

    The Keyboard

No offence, but I doubt you can type faster on a virtual keyboard with the same size as a physical one, besides, it would take up the whole screen. And you'd have to use your thumbs anyway. Similar sized (minimally well designed) physical keyboards have proven to be much better than the iPhone...

    Pandora Keyboard Layout

Well if the devs won't pay attention though, why care about making a decision here. Thinking abut it, it's kinda true that this thread is pointless because it won't matter if the devs don't have time to give us information or see our feedback here.

Pandora Standard Distro: Armstrong Or *ubuntu?

I really hope the default OS is not *buntu or I'll feel obliged to 'dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda1'. *buntu is way too bloated (especially for a limited ARM processor) and our user base is expected to be somewhat more experienced with computers than average windows users. If you are a novice, I...

    The Keyboard

Please stop with all this "official keyboard has been announced" stuff... It's been said a hundred times in the other forum that the keyboard in that image is just a place holder.

    Pandora Keyboard Layout

ish420, you really need to STFU yourself, you have no idea what you're talking about, that image is not a real Pandora at all and it means nothing, it's just some blender 3d model and the keyboard will probably be different from that.

    Standard Proposal - Exit Application

    Not really. On Linux boxes, the default function (in X11) of alt+F4 is to close programs. If you're talking about switching between virtual terminals (and possibly acessing the kernel log), then the short cut is ctrl+alt+F{1-12}

Release This is the kind of drawing software...

It has been stated that the Pandora screen can do some pressure detection, so I don't see why it can't work like a tablet screen. Also, in the case of a specific program for the Pandora, the gaming controls could be used for easier moving/zooming.

Gentoo Linux - Taking it On!

If something like the NVIDIA installer to recompile the module's interface to present kernels (not sure how it works but it allows the driver to be closed source but still work with most kernel versions), then we can compile our own version, however that might not be the case. Anyway, an open...
