    SONY PlayStation Vita (PS Vita)

Looks like mine is scheduled for delivery by end of tomorrow. Not good, seeing as I have a ton of deadlines to complete (wait, why am I here?). Gonna restrict myself from playing with it till my work is done. Any of you know if a JP account will work on it, and for JP PSN? I don't see myself...

Valve Honcho Gabe Newell want gaming controls!

This just popped up on Engadget today: http://www.engadget.com/2012/02/21/nyt-google-to-sell-android-based-heads-up-display-glasses-this/ He could use that to make himself a Half-Life-style HUD for everyday use. ;)

    5" screen (on a P2)

You can have a glossy screen that has an anti-glare coating on it. Technically-speaking it's not glossy but the surface remains smooth so the pixels remain sharper. It's (imo) better than the matte screens, and a step above glossy. Though now that I think about it, are there any resistive...

A daily report from the Rebirth

Is it glued? In ED's video of him replacing the cable it sounded like he snapped the two plastic pins while removing the inner lid to take it off.

    5" screen (on a P2)

My eyes are very sensitive to interlacing, so I'd rather have 720p than 1080i any day. 1080i output I wouldn't mind, since it'd be like an added extra, but interlacing on my main screen would drive me mad.

    Ubuntu on multi-core Android phones

I may have seen that topic on the XDA forums about getting Linux on a phone. Not sure if it was the same one as the one I saw (if I'm remembering right) booted into it via an app but it basically took over the phone. I really like this solution that Ubuntu has, tho. Being able to keep the...

    Ubuntu on multi-core Android phones

http://www.ubuntu.com/devices/android Ubuntu running on a docked multi-core Android phone? Yes! I'd been looking for something like this for my phone late last year, but I couldn't find anything that fit what I was looking for. There's a lot to read on that link, but the gist is Ubuntu will...

Valve Honcho Gabe Newell want gaming controls!

Augmented reality! It would be interesting to make a game that overlays images onto the real world that isn't confined to a phone or tablet or something. It could give "go outside and play" a whole new meaning.

    Büchse Community Blog

Ah cool, didn't know that's what you meant about the source. Thought you were talking about code. :P You could try checking out the Pandora photos here and here. You'd probably have to get permission to link to those, though. Other than those, maybe you can have people contribute photos of...

    SONY PlayStation Vita (PS Vita)

Probably going with physical copies for everything unless there's a game that's digital only. Can't loan games with digital copies, and I'm sure my friends and family may want to borrow a game or two sometime.

    SONY PlayStation Vita (PS Vita)

Thanks for clearing that up, Jumpman. ^_^ I was scrambling around Target's site to find that deal (Google, too) but found nothing. Just got my shipping notification from Target an hour ago saying they shipped mine. Should be here tomorrow if UPS can fly fast enough. Unfortunately, I couldn't...

Is that Target 4GB thing online somewhere? I can't seem to find it. I just switched my order from Amazon to Target this past week since Target is giving a $20 Target gift card with it.

Sorry, I didn't know it was a script you grabbed elsewhere. If they have one that can pull from other sources, like Flickr or Picasa, perhaps you can get permission to run pics from OP or users?

    Wreck-It Ralph

Yeah, that's too bad. Though I don't think they've really capitalized on that in the past, either. When the TV series was aired here, I'm not certain they had a game coinciding with it. Mega Man has stood pretty well on its own all this time, though, and nearly everyone who plays video games...

    Wreck-It Ralph

Lasseter was also behind Cars and Cars 2, arguably two of Pixar's least-liked films. I can kind of agree with Lilo and Stitch being somewhat different from the Disney norm, but it still had a lot of that Disney humor in it that I'm not terribly fond of. Depending on how Disney handles it, it...

Valve Honcho Gabe Newell want gaming controls!

The guy says "you know" a lot lol. I used to know a guy who said that a lot, started counting how many times he said it instead of listening to what he was actually saying, but I digress. Gabe's a smart guy, and I agree with a bunch of the stuff he's said, especially on the DRM. Sounds as far...

    Wreck-It Ralph

That'd be cool, but sadly I think the closest we'll ever get on the big screen from mainstream studios are the sfx in Scott Pilgrim. :(

    Just a few days... (2012-02-18)

Looks like it could be Dance of Remembrance? Just a guess tho, I'm no Zelda guru. :P

    Wreck-It Ralph

Call me skeptical, but I'm not sure I'm on board with this one. I've never really cared for Disney humor in their animated films and family movies, and I have a feeling this one won't be much different. I'll reserve judgement till I see the film.
