    They weren't rumours either.

    Pandora Keyboard Layout (legends)

Hey Sly, is your office hiring some of the Auran guys? I feel a little sorry for the devs if the rumors I read is true. ...the last two Spyro games, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Viva Pinata: Party Animals, Hellboy. And they are just Krome Studios' recent and upcoming games. We did hire...

    Pandora Keyboard Layout (legends)

Sweet! That's the version of Spyro that I made (The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning). How well it would work on the Pandora I have no idea. It pushed the PS2, Xbox and Gamecube pretty hard. But before anyone asks, no, it's not going to happen. :)

    Spring?

I take "Spring 2008" as being the northern hemisphere's assumption that the whole world is in the same season at the same time. The US are the biggest offenders in this regard, but Europe and the UK are also guilty.

    Starcraft Released...

That's funny, because Starcraft only required a 90MHz CPU (if not less) and 8-bit graphics. :)

    Pandora Live!

GGZ seems to be great for... err... card and board games. I'm not even sure it's still active. The one and only post on their community forum was one year ago, and their last source release was one year ago. Having recently written a game that uses Xbox LIVE, I am familiar with how it works...

I have a first edition GP2X and I still use the original batteries that came in the box. I win. :)

    Pandora's Design

A suggestion for the power/charge light. At the moment, it looks like the LED would be hidden when the lid is closed. So when charging while closed, the LED could not be seen. Could the LED extend further up and on to the top of the hinge so it can be seen when the lid is closed as well as open?

Can We Put 'pandora' In This Forum Name

When selecting 'View New Posts', it only shows the forum name, not the category name. Hence, posts in here show as being in 'General Talk'. Can we add 'Pandora' in the forum name similar to how it is done in 'GP2X' so 'View New Posts' is much clearer?

    Our New Machine, Pandora

As mentioned in another thread, it is Gb, so gigabit, not gigabyte. So that means 128MB. That's the difference between an uppercase and lowercase 'b'.

    Do You Like The Name?

Now, my question is whether that image is the 3D render that ED was apparently working on a couple of weeks back, or a photo of an actual prototype. I'm guessing 3D render.

    Do You Like The Name?

Ahh. Lower-case b. Dang. Suggestion to craigix: Change that reference to megabytes, not gigabits.

The bit on openpandora.org where it says "ARM® Cortex™-A8 CPU with 1Gb of RAM"?

    Tigris?

The Subversion project, along with TortoiseSVN, is hosted there, so it is home to some large open source projects. Tigris uses Subversion for source control. Tigris is hosted by Collab.Net, which also financially supports the development of Subversion.

    GP2X My Software Triangle Rasterizer

I've been playing with the rasteriser code using my own direct-to-hardware framework, i.e. not SDL. I've made several improvements to the original code, such as writing two pixels at a time (it's quicker to write one unsigned int than two unsigned shorts), unrolling loops, looping from high-1...
