What are you playing this weekend/these days?

Finished Hands of Necromancy 2, a gzdoom engine FPS. You can choose between the necromancer known from the 1st game and a new witch character. She gets her own weapons and transforms, hits harder but her projectiles are slower than necro's. Level design was a bit more interesting in the first game, but it's still alright. I quite enjoy reanimating enemies to make them fight for me. You can have your own little army! Saved up my invincibility items for the last boss, used a 2x damage trinket and just kept him pinned to the wall with tornado spells. He never had a chance ^^

Edit: Finished the Willard level pack for Blood, short 6 levels, but entertaining and quite a slugfest two or three times. Now playing a bit of GTA V and Hollow Knight.

I just completed BotW on switch 2. It's a big deal, Zelda is my favourite series.

What I liked
* The ambient music
* Gameplay
* Cool marble of the shrines

What I didn't like
* Quest progression is meh
* Since weapons break you are incentivised to flee
* Too much climbing (and slipping)
* Far too easy
* Only 4 dungeons
* Bosses uncreative
* No cool items
* Ganon was a joke

My expectations were high but I think this is the worst Zelda. I'm excited to play Links Awakening (eventually)

Just finished GTA V. Cool characters and story. After trying it once on PS4 I have to say it's so much easier slipping through traffic at 144 FPS. And playing on PC allows you to go from gamepad for vehicles to mouse for guns.
Ended up switching off the music every time I got into a vehicle. There's like 5 good songs that prolly cost millions to have in there, and the rest is meh. Audio can quickly become a cacophony with music on, characters talking story in the car, the traffic sounds and random NPC shouts.
Most mission objectives were pretty boring. I had the most fun with the handful of tasks that required you to identify an area by looking at photos. Wasn't too hard but got the sleuth neurons firing.

I got GTA 5 at release for the Xbox 360. I knew if I started the game I would like to continue playing, so after 3 years or so I got the PC version to. And during a very long vacation I started and played a lot. I finished the story a few weekends later.
The online part is nice but I never really got into it, also obvious cheaters played making it less fun.
GTA 4 I played to. I liked the story as it fit well with GTA gameplay. GTA 5 looks pretty, story is nice, lots to do... but going into crime feels less natural compared to part 4 for me. Maybe it's also due to more sun and bright scenes in part 5.
