Nokia/siemens/etc.

either way the games are java or builtin;
remember? ports need source
you could port java, but it would be somewhat of crappy i guess..
it's easier to recode that games or something (most of them are clones of old arcade-games anyway; like snake, which has already some clones for gp32 like bluegol which is really fun to play ^^)

Isn't there a Java emu of some sort for GP already?
If you have a phone with an Infrared port you can transfer the games to your PC via a IrDa device (alot of laptops come with them)

I have all the games like Bounce from the newer Nokia's on my PC so could they playable on GP?

In all honesty, playing Nokia/Siemens based games on GP32 is pointless. Like the_Diabologic says, they're mostly remakes. Crap ones at that, aimed at the mobile phone hungry generation. People will buy anything for their phones.

Now I could understand an N-Gage emulator, but the person who develops that would have no interest in this community, as the general consensus with most users is "N-Gage Sucks". I'm not a fan of the N-Gage but I know there are folk out there who are.
