Notice the nice long Cable :D gives me a total distance of 12 Inches from GP32 to the Keyboard...

Time to go dremel the case to bits :D

now, how are you supposed to hold this thing? i can't see it being comfortable, put the keyboard on your lap??, i use 2 hands to type, so I can't hold the gp and type at same time unless i do the 1 finger type, which would probably be the only way to type since the thing is so small, so how could this be used on trips, even sitting at your desk, you would probably need something proping up the GP32 to see the screen, especially us non-flu users. maybe if you make a head set, put a head band around your head with a wire sticking out, hang the gp down from the wire eye level and there ya go.

Deja-vu... Someone is working (supposedly) on an xbox controller mod.
And incidently, is there ANYTHING that the keyboard ACTUALLY DOES at the moment. eg.. Is there a rudimentary text editor?

wouldn't it be possible to instead of some long cable you would use a very schort and stiff cable , so when holding the keyboard the gp32 is like a screen standing on top of it (like thee GBA SPthat folds open, or an organiser)
cause i can't imagine having to hold the keyboard and then having to manage to put my gp32 in a position so i can see the screen (non flu))

The problem of making this comfortable would be the biggest challenge. Seeing the k/b in the case made me think. What about a mod to the back of the k/b case to allow the gp32 to slot into it so it stands up? Possible?

Something like this, perhaps:

A lot smaller, of course. Here's an idea; how about having just the hard black end of the cable sticking out of the keyboard at a 65 degree angle or so, so the GP32 will just "plug into it"? No cable at all, just the connector (not sure what it's called) sticking stiffly out of the keyboard.

That way it'll be just like a laptop.

It might not balance, so I guess something could be propped under the gp32 to make it stand up correctly.
