I am in contact with a journalist who wants to do a piece on GP2X. However, he needs some hi-resolution photos of the console. I have asked GPH directly, but unfortunately they don't seem to answer to emails at the moment. Does anyone know where to find some suitable hires photos?

those pics where taken by a professional photographer iirc, you wont find better than that.

A professional photographer who doesn't know not to save his photos in a 256-color format. The colors are positively destroyed and the resolution is very low. Here are the highest-resolution, highest-quality images I've found thus far. Better can be taken, but these were probably resized from their original form.

I know you mean good and all but he means HI-res (at least thats what I think), when printing things for publication you need REALLY good quality with a high DPI not just web quality.

Yes, by hi-res I mean suitable for printing. There are some nice professional pictures around but I so far I have only found web quality as reallynotnick mentions. Does anyone know where to find the original high resolution lossless versions?

Thanks again! ;)

I have a 16736 by 29216 pixel scan. Its 41 megs. If you want it and you know a good way to transfer it then just tell me. I tried uploading to the file archive but my computer just sat there. I am not sure on how I would go about uploading a file that large to the archive.

I did the math and that resolution is known as 1.37 gigapixels.

Thanks! I just did a boxscan myself :)

A scan will never be better than the original though. Which original did you use? Could you post a lower resolution version?

I've PMed craigix as well btw. Thanks for the tip Zeon X!
