Gp2xmess 0.7-beta Released

<huge snip>
The TI-8x Graphing calculator series are great and actually have some good games programmed for them. ;)

You are the 2nd person to say that. Some fella in a different area on these forums gave me a link to an emulator. Maybe someday I'll have some spare cycles to port that. :)

Actually, I'm the first. I WAS the one who sent you the link. XD I just felt like since they were brought up in the topic by DaveC, I should give a good word about them for those who have never heard of them.

Ahh, OK. Wasn't sure. I have met so many people on these forums and I'm bad w/ names. :)
I wonder if mess would like the idea of calculators being incorporated as drivers. They do have the Tomy Tutor in there. :)

Quick question on Colecovision got the bios and title screen comes on saying

TURN GAME OFF
BEFORE INSERTING CARTRIDGE OR EXPANSION MODULE,
then goes blank

any ideas?

thanks

Hi YS_BOOK_I_II,

So you get the intro screen and then after how long does it go blank? Does it go back to the main gp2x menu? When the system comes up like that, you need to then "insert" a cartridge by pressing the left shoulder button and then selecting File Manager. After selecting a cart, the machine will automatically reset w/ that cart in it. If that doesn't work for you we can try other things but if it gets that far that means the BIOS is OK. I have yet to see a blank screen.

Thanks Telengard, it is working fine now, thanks for your help. Great job.

Hiya lucifershalo,

All of mess' BIOS roms need to be zipped.
