Hehe Interesting Thread In The Gizmondo Forum

This is a new company called "Tiger Telematics". It's their first product, and probably their last.

I had a Game.com - only bought it long after it had flopped mind you.
It died some time ago though, the games just kept getting slower and slower then it just would't turn on...

That site is interesting, odd oppinions though. I thought Batman was rather good...

I want a Game.com emu!

I thought this was the same company at first too. Strange the similarities between the two despite them being different...

I think u are all wrong there are some big things happening at gizmondo at the moment, gizmondo is here to stay.
The GP2X is very nice but the giz is a much better quality machine the GP2X feels cheap by comparison.
At the end of the day they are 2 both very different machines by small companies trying to compete with the likes of sony/nintendo we should be supporting both machines not slagging each of them off.
GP2X will be good for emulation and the giz will be cool for 3d and gps stuff (the GPS works very very well by the way).
LOL. And you believe anyone with a mondo-jizz as their avatar. Damn fanboy trolls.

I have a Gizmondo. And I enjoy it. I know it's not open nor good for homebrew, but it's still a damn fun thing. I mainly use it for SMS support (as I can't stand cell phones. :E). It indeed looks like a fugly machine but once you have it in your hands, you want to hold it forever. Really comfortable. But I have yet to see some good games. Was thinking about Colors. Having a gang on the internet. Heh.

did anyone actually read their PDF FAQ of the gizmondo smart ads?

swear the way they describe it it looks like they are doing the user a big favor

"
We have received e-mails from our customers actually asking for their Smart Adds. The watch words are “relevant and entertaining”. Our research shows that Gizmondo customers welcome the right ads.
