Neogeo Is Now Working!

Ok, Now NK is porting Neogio CD emulation and it's working.
But, Sound is not work yet and the speed is slow.
Nk is going to solve the speed problem. After that, he will port sound part.

That is awesome, someone translate please. :)

Where is the main sprite?

translation by google :p

The optimization holds still from but the speed is slow. And the CD track remaking function which becomes with the mp3 short time is the condition which lets to draw out. First of all after trying a speed first quickly, it controls a CD track portion. How many it is caught it does not know but the expectation do as a favor.

Yeah hopefully they will do MVS. Quite honestly Neo-CD sucks. It takes up MUCH to much space on a card and is confusing with all of those .mp3 files etc. You will fill up a card fast with only a couple of games.

They should use Cyclone too if possible. You will not get to far speed wise using "c" cores. You need alot if not all ASM to get anywhere. If useable Cyclone and DrZ80 should be used.

I dont recognize it, dosen't look like any NeoGeo game I've never seen.

That is the screen of "WAFFLE" - NK also working on that engine.

Waffle is the engine for japanese-all-look-similar text-based graphical novel games (...) running on PDA.
And it seems pretty well run on GP2X prototype also. :D

Happy to see both of them (Japanese graphical novel games are not for me though)

So great achieves alreay arrived even before the machine comming!!!

There is no way the Dell Axim x50v, top of the line gaming PDA sitting in front of the GP2x gathering dust was an accident. Wow. That's the ultimate slap in the face. But I will say PDAs are not good game platforms right now. Impressive, and I hope it has sound and runs at 60 FPS.

I thought this myself but it could just be the angle of the PDA or the lighting. To be honest though if someone wanted to fake images on the GP2X all they would need to do is stick screenshots in the image veiwer or capture a video from a PC emulator. You could fake anything you wanted... Lets wait for some more credible devs to show us something.
