I wished they changed the design of the Gp32blu looks exactly like the flu except its backlit wich is cool.

Yes, a litle shift in color would be nice. The pad could be better. And I think they miss an oportunity not giving more focus to the open source scene.

And saying "Handheld Game Console" its weaker than something like

"Entertainment Machine" or "Open Source Multimedia Console"

Wireless network should be removed as its not wireless out of the box... yeah I know its all been said before, but they now have an oportunity to correct it...

Hopefully no local laws in some foreign markets don't ban the product for false advertising.

And they should delete that website that spreads lies about Internet browsers and flash support.

Lies, LIES, ALL LIES!!

Must Gamepark turn the Internet into a house of lies!!! :p

And if they really wanted to sell a couple of more units they could put a "DIVX capable" siticker on it.

Now i'm no expert on languages, but the back of the box has, english, french, spanish, german, and something else......like i said, i'm no expert, but it all looks English to me.

The BLU should be black. Why would they stick with that boring white plastic that they have had so long I wonder?

It also doesn't play videos, show pictures, or is able to view text files out of the box. It should all be removed. False advertising wasn't as much of a concern when people were importing it from Korea, but it could become a problem when it is released in the Western world.

I think it's a fake.
Plus there are no more news about the launch

They seems to delay again and again.... I'm waiting to buy the console, but I don't want to get sick of waitin... :(

It is not a fake, because Anarchy of gp32spain.com has been invited to the official presentation of GP32 BLU in Spain. It will be out the 1st JUNE.

Yours,

Yuck, does anyone else hate the GP32's joypad - why haven't they changed it by now?

Firstly it clicks really loudly and secondly it's just weird to use, it does my thumb in

What was wrong with the good old SNES crosspad?

My slight dislike of it is due to it feeling a bit loose and flimsy; like it will break during a long session of Kid Chameleon :D

I kinda like the clicky-ness; it's unique, and as long as it's responsive, I don't mind.

It's unique apart from the Neo Geo Pocket, which is exactly the same :D

I think it is better suited to certain games, but I must admit that I think the standard Nintendo pad is probably better...

Maybe someone should transplant a Lynx pad onto a GP32... ;)

I don't know why, but I like very much the joypad (my friends say that it is very weird, also). :p I didn't like the "cross like" pads of the nintendo systems, for example.

PD: fdave, congratulations for your job! will you release a 132 mhz version?

Christ, don't do that! The Lynx pad wears out way too quickly... California Games has a lot to answer for!
