Pandora Will the Pandora kernel patches be pushed upstream

Wait, is this suggesting that there's a 2.6.36 kernel running on someone's Pandora? Or is it simply that patches to our 2.6.27 kernel have been pushed upstream and are getting into the 2.6.36 kernel now?

Pandora is supported in kernel.org kernels from something like 2.6.29, however that level of support is not complete, but slowly improving. Notice there is more complete pandora-37 branch in git.openpandora.org, feel free to build something and test.

It's already done - mainline kernel boots on pandora and has working display, keypad, sound, wifi and more.

So does that mean it should be simple for non-Angstrom Linux distros to get going?
yes
