I was browsing The Virtual Console Archive when I noticed that a petition has been setup to hopefully enable PAL gamers to play the 60Hz (NTSC) versions of the Virtual Console games.
Why is this an issue? Because from the NES until the latter end of the N64 times PAL conversions were very poor. they meant 17% slower gameplay, lower pitched music and black borders/squashed graphics. Very few companies made the effort to do proper PAL conversions in their games and we only got the 60Hz option from the DreamCast onwards.
Please consider signing it because that's one of the main gripes with the Virtual Console (even if you are not in the PAL region you could sign it, and state you think we Europeans are being unfairly treated or something )
