Hi!

Just (finally) received my pandora...

Can someone help me?

What are the best PND's to showcase this little beast?

PSX/N64 is cool, but not what I'm after.

Quake 3 available?

I'm looking for cool showcase PND's.

Also, are the pen-testing programs available? Things like aircrack

I couldn't get quake 3 to really work. It wouldn't accept any input except enter and tab and the framebuffer was weird. Aircrack works as far as I know. Quake 1 works great with darkplaces and I got the halflife in quake mod semi-working. ScummVM and ResidualVM work great.

Quake 3 is available on the old openhandhelds Pandora repo.. The controls are a bit wonky, put the nubs in joystick mode before starting the game.. the controls are still a little too sensitive for my tastes. but it does look cool when showing it off and that's all that matters.

One of my favorite ports is Homeworld.. You need the demo or retail version of the game data and have them patched to the latest version before playing it on your Pandora though..

A really nice arcade shooter is Super Geometry Dust

ScummVM (Monkey Island Games, Full Throttle, Sam and Max... etc) and ResidualVM (for Grim Fandango)

On the topic of nubs -

Can we set PCSX to take nubs as D-Pad?

I was testing some games (dual shock compatible) and nubs do not work as directional.

Can that be done?
