T-Mobile lost all that data, IDK about you, but I'm avoiding them. Back up your stuff lest it happen again.
 
I know a poor guy who works in their call center. When this first went down, he was blasted with waves of calls about missing data. They were told to inform the customers that it was temporary, that their data would be recovered.
A few days later, and there's no chance of recovery, so now he's getting calls from people just realizing there's a problem, AND those who were previously given false hope that their data could be recovered.

edit: also, seriously? Someone really named their kid "Harry McCracken"?
