leaning on a good idea... and selling something with someone else's logo shouldn't even be in the same category of comparisons. The clones are obviously not doing a revision, they are trying to confuse you into thinking you are buying an original or "good enough" knock off.

it's one thing to build or even do your own re-vision of some intelligent design. Even if your design looks visually similar with slightly different aspects. Trying to confuse people into thinking that something is "your idea" and trying to make others believe you are selling the same product as if you designed it... that's where the line should be drawn. If you have to question, even for a second, if one design is close enough to someone else's design for you to take them to court, then it's not.
The who made the first "windows/mouse/monitor" they should be recognized or whatever, it's a good idea.. now build off of it. Patents and limiting the use of a good idea you just happen to be the first person to think of it, that's what I think is wrong with the society we live in today. I want to take what you made, but make it better, legally I'm not able to. We are stuck with the limitations you have set on an entire category of products because you have a piece of paper saying you were the first to think of it and nobody can make anything like it. This gets even more absurd when you start talking about intellectual properties, patenting things like "combine to use of one technology with another" kind of situation. Corporations suing each other to make profit or to stop progression. It makes me so angry!

back to topic, this is an obvious rip off of a "leaked" idea... psphone w/ android doesn't actually exist yet in any commercial sense... It will *PROBABLY* be real, but it isn't real yet.
Are they wrong for having the psp branding? Yes, completely, they should remove it and any other copy written art/graphics logos etc
Are they wrong for taking a psp-like design and slapping android to it? I'm not quite so sure it IS wrong. Here's why
-The psp doesn't run andoroid, and it doesn't attempt to look like psp os
-The internals aren't psp internals, ie no phone hardware etc
-The control scheme is physically different (ie no shoulder buttons extra button on bottom front)
if this company were to change it's design up *some* and get rid of the graphics logos etc, and get a decent actual android port. It might actually be a legitimate low budget contender with the psp-phone of legend.
