Well, as the topic suggests, do you think we could see touchscreen support for Picodrive on F-200's? I'm asking because the only two games I have for Sega CD are Eye of the Beholder (which supported a mouse) and Rise of the Dragon, which doesn't support a mouse but would be much cooler if it did.
I guess that if this were to be implemented, there would need to be some hacks with the SDL so that, say, holiding down L or R then pressing the touchscreen counts as a different button on the mouse (the Sega Mega Mouse had three buttons, right?), and without it is a standard left click. This would be used in, say, Eye of the Beholder where a left click would select and 'pick up' a weapon, while right click attacks. So, is this something that we could potentially see in a future release?
