The What Music Are You Listening To Thread

Could have gone into the Absurd Corner, but I am listening to this, and it is musical.
I can even control the music to an extent which is making it a lot more fun!

Progress past level one, wait for the cloud to come, get past the next few levels, then jam on the underground train :)

I volunteer with a young lass over the weekend & am giving her a whistle stop tour of my music history (requested!) currently we're on mid 90's - 2000 hard rock/metal.. here's a few of what she has been introduced to today.

Drake+Future concert was lit, boys.

One negative was that there was no special guest. My friend and I both predicted Lil Wayne. Nothing. DJ T-Jizzle, who came out to hype the audience after Roy Woods and DVSN almost put people to sleep with that sing-songy bullshit, had damn near the whole Arena thinking Kevin Gates was about to come out and burn down the building. That would have been amazing, but didn't happen, sadly.

Also, DJ T-Jizzle's mix and attempt at hyping the audience was trash. Thankfully, Future more than made up for that.

We thought we were gonna hit up Bourbon St. after that, but we really didn't seen any clubs that we were dead-set on going in. There was someone handing out flyers for an end-of-summer party at Club XLIV (at Champion's Square, which is literally right next to the Arena) being hosted by MacDatFee. In hindsight, we should've just left the car in the garage and went there since we were looking to turn up after the concert, especially since we didn't find anything on Bourbon St. apart from a bunch of state troopers and men in togas.

Bruh. The only other person I found to mention this song in a semi-public setting, un-ironically, without having this song mentioned to them.

This reply post will serve as a 2nd like. It has to. For the glory of this song that I haven't heard since high school.

It's like a Hurdy-Gurdy and a Mountain Dulcimer had a baby. <3
Just ordered a (used) good one from Japan, can't wait.

I'd never mention music ironically.. glad it's bringing back some memories for you!

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory of course. :) Syfy has been playing a cover of it on a regular basis as a station promotion, though I prefer the Gene Wilder (RIP) version myself.
