I wanna tell the world, I love the ipod shuffle! I love the way it fills itself up ( i have a lot of LEGAL MP3s!), I love the lightness of it, I love the fact it DOESN'T have a screen, i love th emystery of not knowing whats gonna come up next, I love the tinyness of it, I love the long battery life (well, 12 hours is okay!?), and I love the actual sound quality.

I shall have music wherever I go :D

You do know that theres a shuffle/random feature on almost ANY MP3 player now adays

Just get a £20 MP3 player and set it to random mode.

I have bought so many of these, both from Hong Kong ebayers, and from Saturn (Big German gadget shop). The thing is, they never sound as good, the batteries die too soon, and they are metally (!).

My 1gb shuffle is so light, so utterly geil.

Dunno what it is, I just love it. It's so small and simple and....

Someone stop me :D

Yes but are you as happy with it as this guy is with his Shuffle? No.

So you still lose.
I like.

The shuffle appeals to me because it fits in that little pocket thing in my running shorts, but I could just buy a Creative MuVo like I plan to do :D.

Random mode sucks and I don't really dig pressing "next track" 127 times, but whatever floats your boat.

?? It playes through without you needing to press next. You can say the same of any other MP3 player out there - untill they have some psychic ability to fathom out what you want to listen too you will always have to use buttons :p

He means that when it isn't in Shuffle and he wants a certain song he has to press the next button hundreds of times to get the song he wants.

If you don't want to listen to the other songs, why upload them to the mp3 player?

Well, I like Lostprophets so I put them on my MP3 player, but I'm not always in the mood for welsh metal, y'dig?

Sometimes the music you want to listen to is one specific track or album.

no playlists

you can switch it to play in order

but since the songs are put on randomly this seems redundant

i like having control over what im listening to

if im sitting down doing work i'd much prefer to listen to Athlete than Van Halen, although i would liek both to sprot a place on my MP3 player
