Great. I sell my GP32 and it starts messing me about!
I formatted my SMC using windows (probably my first mistake), so it's FAT now.
I should be able to fix that with PC link's format tool, I thought; I connected up the GP32 using the link cable, which I haven't done for a while, and do the following:
1. Turn on GP32 (boots into MultiFW2: Original GP Firmware) and go into link mode
2. Launch the original Gamepark PC Link software
3. I click OK to get past the 'connect gp32' dialog
4. It says "an error occured in gp32 during process"
5. Anything I try to do, says "timed out".
HELP!
How can I at least format the card? I have a card reader.
EDIT! OK, never mind, I formatted it in my digital camera!
THE MORAL OF THE STORY: NEVER FORMAT AN SMC AS FAT.
